Ulrike (Ulli) Heregger
I am a luxury travel advisor and team principal with Monogram Travel Collective, based in Darien, CT. I entered the travel industry in 2017 to pursue my passion for planning amazing vacations, and in 2021 I formed the Primmer Travel team. I have spent years advising family, friends and colleagues on their travels, as well as planning for myself and my own family.
Originally from Chicago, I received a B.A. in Economics from Kenyon College in Ohio and then subsequently lived for 14 years in Manhattan. While in New York, I spent 13 years building a business selling institutional equity derivatives on the trading floor at Merrill Lynch. After having my first child, I dedicated the next few years to staying home full time and raising my three children.

In my free time I enjoy playing golf and when the weather turns snowy you will often spot me on the slopes. I have been fortunate enough to have traveled extensively around the world, having visited 52 countries and 42 states, including travel all over North America and the Caribbean, Costa Rica, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, throughout Eastern and Western Europe as well as Fiji, Vietnam, Japan, Hong Kong, South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zambia. Despite having explored much of the world, I still have many more places to visit!

The power of travel is undeniable: it keeps us moving and growing, introduces us to new people and cultures, and allows us to step out of our everyday routines. This is why I have a passion for turning travel dreams into seamless, unforgettable realities. My love of adventure and discovering new cultures has been lifelong: after graduating from college, I spent a year living in Asia and another year working and traveling across Europe. These experiences have given me an insider's understanding of what truly transformative travel feels like. Drawing on a background in finance and consulting, I bring a uniquely thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every itinerary.
I believe actively listening to the client's needs is an important skill to deliver an exceptional travel experience. Knowing their time is a valuable, I can help ease the burden of putting together a complex trip and provide the client the freedom and energy to focus on the fun and creative aspects. All they need to do is enjoy the journey! From finding the perfect hotel to navigating logistics across multiple destinations, my organizational skills and unwavering commitment to my clients allow me to be there every step of the way.
When not planning extraordinary trips, I can be found playing mahjong, learning golf, strolling along the beach, or immersed in a good book. I live in Jupiter, FL with my husband and our two dogs, enjoying the warm weather after many years in Connecticut. If I am not in Florida or traveling to new destinations, I can be found in New York City and London visiting our children, and checking out the newest hotels and trends.

Blending a love of exploring the world with thoughtful insight, Melissa has planned seamless journeys on every continent, from Antarctica to Australia. She enjoys the planning process as much as travel itself and believes that exceptional travel begins long before departure - with genuine curiosity, extensive research, and thorough organization.
Whether it's a honeymoon trek through Thailand and Bali, a romantic getaway from Paris to Provence, or an adventurous expedition through the Galapagos Islands with kids under the age of ten, her goal is always the same: to create meaningful, one-of-a-kind experiences that her clients will never forget.
Her personal travels continually inspire her work, and among her favorite destinations are Biarritz, Charleston, Dinard, Dubrovnik, Edinburgh, Florence, Gordes, Korcula, Machu Picchu, Mallorca, Nashville, Naxos, Ortisei, Paris, Porto, Prague, San Sebastian, St. Barth, and Tel Aviv.
Before joining the travel industry, Melissa established her career in advertising and marketing and earned her MBA from Columbia Business School. And as a lifelong advocate for books and literacy, she spearheaded multiple initiatives to promote reading and co-founded a children's book recommendation website.
Melissa lives in Westchester, New York with her husband, two children, and their Australian Shepherd. When not traveling, you’ll find her reading, listening to podcasts, going for hikes, and spending time with family and friends - always dreaming up the next extraordinary journey.

In 2020, Erica Coblenz officially launched her professional career in luxury travel, transforming a lifelong passion for exploring the world into a boutique advisory dedicated to thoughtfully designed, highly personalized journeys. Launching a travel business during a global pandemic sharpened her resilience, adaptability, and ability to navigate complexity with confidence. Over the past six years, she has specialized in multi-generational travel, customized European itineraries, Hawaii escapes, and bespoke journeys to Japan — creating seamless experiences that balance luxury, culture, and meaningful connection.
Long before founding her business, Erica was orchestrating ambitious global adventures for her own family. Raised in a home where travel was a priority, she instilled that same curiosity and global perspective in her three boys. From cross-country road trips when they were toddlers to multiple European explorations, Caribbean escapes, walking with koalas in Australia, helicoptering over New Zealand, and organizing a group journey to Israel followed by time in the United Arab Emirates, Erica believes travel should be immersive, intentional, and unforgettable.
Earlier in her career, during the height of the internet boom, Erica led email marketing and customer retention initiatives for brands including Barnes & Noble.com, Publishers Clearing House, and American City Business Journals. The strategic thinking, organization, and client-first mindset she developed there now define her approach to travel planning.
When she’s not designing journeys, Erica enjoys hiking with her labradoodles, Duncan and Murray, and supporting charitable causes that reinforce her belief that travel is both a privilege and a powerful teacher.

Jill blends 25 years of business leadership with a lifelong love of travel. After decades of growing businesses and guiding clients to success, she now brings that same strategic, highly personalized approach to planning exceptional trips. Her passion for travel began with a year living in Italy after college and only deepened over time. But it was a perfectly curated trip to Hawaii—planned by a travel advisor—that sparked her “aha” moment: she wanted to create that same magic for others. Today, Jill is dedicated to crafting customized, seamless experiences that feel effortless and unforgettable. She lives in Larchmont with her husband and is the proud mom of two grown daughters. When she’s not planning adventures, you’ll find her at CrossFit, on the pickleball court, or brushing up on her Italian.

The traveling lifestyle was officially in place for Heidi after spending time in Italy studying music and art history during college. What a dream! Shortly after graduating college, Heidi took a leap of faith and left the United States to become a teacher overseas. Originally from the Chicago area and now residing in Northern Michigan, Heidi has lived and taught outside of the United States for 15 years, in Japan, Vietnam, Norway, China and Korea.
Throughout her 25 year career as an educator, Heidi has found every opportunity to travel, first as a solo traveler and now with her family of 4. She enjoys the challenge of planning and negotiating new pockets of the world for both herself and others. Perfect travel for Heidi includes relaxation, exploration of culture and food, historical context and some outdoor activities. Her kids will attest to the high step count on an average day exploring a new city. A recent adventure has been her family taking a full school year to travel together internationally.
Although there are many places that Heidi is excited to explore next, she has had the opportunity to intimately know Japan, Norway and Vietnam from her extended time living there and has traveled throughout the majority of East and Southeast Asia, Scandinavia and Western Europe as well as Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Costa Rica, Belize, Oman and the UAE. Some of her favorite travel moments have been exploring Japan’s mix of modern culture and history, hiking and staying in the coffee region of Colombia and hiking, wandering the temples of Myanmar, taking in the history, beauty and food of Western Turkey, driving the expanse of the mountains and deserts of Oman and taking a solo trip to Northern India.
